1) Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Mana Interactive Inc. ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use the Potion by Manadia application (the "App").
The App lets users create an account and link their in-game player identifier(s) (e.g., username, tag, player ID) to retrieve gameplay information from third-party game publisher APIs for titles such as Clash of Clans, Clash Royale, Brawl Stars, League of Legends, VALORANT, and Teamfight Tactics. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the game publishers.
2) Data we collect
We collect the following categories of data:
A. Account data you provide, such as:
- Email address
- Username (App display name)
- Password
B. Game linking data you provide
To connect your account to third-party game services, you provide in-game identifiers, which may include:
- In-game username/game tag (e.g., Riot ID/tagline)
- Player tag/player ID/account ID (depending on the game)
We do not ask for or store your passwords for third-party game accounts.
C. Gameplay and profile data retrieved from third-party APIs
When you link an in-game identifier, we may retrieve and store or cache data such as:
- Match history, rankings/tiers, wins/losses, performance stats
- Clan/guild/team information (where applicable)
- Public profile information returned by the APIs
- Leaderboards, season progression, and related metadata
D. Device and app usage data
- Device identifiers (as permitted by OS settings), app version, OS version
- IP address (typically collected by your network/hosting infrastructure)
- Logs for diagnostics (crashes, error traces, performance)
E. Other data
We may collect:
- Analytics events (feature usage, screens visited)
- Customer support messages you send us
3) How we use data
We use data to:
- Create and manage your account
- Link and maintain your connected in-game identifiers
- Fetch, display, and update gameplay-related data from third-party APIs
- Enable competitions, comparisons, and leaderboards within the App
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- Maintain security (fraud prevention, abuse detection, account protection)
- Improve the App (bug fixing, performance, feature development)
- Comply with legal obligations
5) Sharing of data
We do not sell personal data.
We may share data with:
- Service providers (processors) that help us operate the App, such as:
- Hosting, databases, content delivery
- Crash reporting and analytics (if used)
- Customer support tools (if used)
- Third-party game publisher APIs
When you connect a game identifier, our servers send requests to the relevant API endpoints to retrieve gameplay data. Those requests may include the identifiers you provided and technical data like IP address as part of normal internet communications.
- Legal and safety
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect rights, users, and the public.
7) Data retention
We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. In general:
- We keep account and linked game identifier data while your account is active or the identifier remains linked.
- After you delete your account or unlink an identifier, we delete or anonymize the relevant data within a reasonable period, subject to technical constraints such as backup retention.
- We keep logs and diagnostics for a limited period to maintain security and reliability, then delete or anonymize them, unless needed for investigating abuse or complying with the law.
8) Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect data, such as:
- Password hashing
- Encryption in transit (TLS)
- Access controls and least-privilege permissions
- Monitoring and rate limiting
No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9) Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access, correct, and delete your data
- Object to or restrict processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent)
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
You can:
- Update your App profile in settings
- Unlink connected game identifiers in the App (if supported)
- Request deletion by contacting contact@mana.app
10) Children
The App is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can delete it.
11) Third-party services and links
The App may reference third-party services, including those of third-party game publishers and their APIs and websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not ours.
12) Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this policy. We will post the updated version and change the "Effective date." Material changes may be notified in-app or by email where required.
